Your monthly fee is the total you will pay per user of the software. It includes support, your own cloud pick'n pack account, upgrades, backup, bandwidth etc. There are no other fees to pay. Scanner hardware and printer costs are additional to monthly license fees. You can purchase hardware from us (see pricing page) or any other vendor.
